With more than a decade in the tax and financial industry, Adam Tkaczuk has secured over $500 million for businesses, nonprofits, and institutions—including a medical training college, a Child Advocacy Center, and numerous community-focused organizations. His expertise in structuring tax credits, financing deals, and private investments makes him a trusted partner for business owners looking to raise capital.
Beyond Sterling Point Capital, Adam is a co-founder, investor, and financial strategist. He helped launch Quality Steaks, a national food manufacturing company, and is a partner at Ventoux Industrial Holdings, where he works with business owners to optimize tax strategies during business sales.
Adam holds a Physics degree from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and an MBA from Rensselaer, with additional studies at the National University of Singapore. When he’s not working, he enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, and cooking while spending time with his wife and son.
