Welcome to Sterling Point Capital. My name is Adam, and I’ve worked in the tax and financial industry for more than a decade. In that time, I’ve secured more than $500 million for my clients, including a medical training college, nonprofits and, hopefully in 2021, a Child Advocacy Center, among others.
Soon after starting Sterling Point Capital, I co-founded, secured financing for, and invested in a food manufacturing business. Today, Quality Steaks manufactures and distributes Philly Cheesesteak products nationwide. I’m also a partner at Ventoux Industrial Holdings, seeking to buy businesses with revenues between $5 million and $100 million. At Ventoux and in my tax practice, I work with business owners to reduce their tax liability when they sell.
I studied physics at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and have an MBA from Rensselaer. I also studied at the National University of Singapore as an MBA exchange student.
When not working, I enjoy fly fishing, mountain biking, cooking and creating memories with my wife and son.
